Access upgrades coming to Biomedtracker, Datamonitor Healthcare, and Meddevicetracker
Biomedtracker, Datamonitor Healthcare, and Meddevicetracker are moving to a new registration and log-in system. Our new identity management system will simplify your login experience going forward. Driven directly by customer feedback, we are implementing this change to improve our user access management and to support development of federated authentication and single sign-on (SSO).
What you need to know when the new system goes live (targeting late October 2018):
The way you log in to Biomedtracker, Datamonitor Healthcare, and Meddevicetracker may change once the new access and user management system is in place. You will be notified once it is launched.
- If you already have a username and password for Scrip, Pink Sheet, In Vivo, Medtech Insight, Rose Sheet, or NextGen Citeline (Trialtrove, Sitetrove, Pharmaprojects): You will use the same username (your corporate email address) and password to access Biomedtracker, Datamonitor Healthcare, and Meddevicetracker.
- All other Biomedtracker, Datamonitor Healthcare, and Meddevicetracker customers: Your username will change to your corporate email address. When you first log in to one of these products, you will be required to reset your password. (If you subscribe to multiple products, you only have to do this for one of them, and it will carry through to the others).
What this Means for You:
- You will now only have one username and password that will give you access to all of your Pharma Intelligence subscriptions*
- Log in once – access all* –navigate between products without having to log in to each product separately.
*(with the exception of Medtrack, PharmaPremia, and Strategic Transactions at this time).
Our teams are working hard to get these upgrades implemented in late October 2018.
